Full ERDAS Technical Support
Sterling provide a full technical support service for all customers within the UK and Ireland with a current software maintenance contract.
Software updates are integral to the support process, ensuring that customers have the latest version of ERDAS software. ERDAS release a full upgrade annually, and a half yearly scheduled upgrade with minor enhancements and fixes. Additionally, there are occasional specific bug fixes released.
In addition to this, Sterling maintain a team of geospatial software experts with years of experience who are on call to deal with any issue relating to the utilisation of the software: whether it is simple installation and licensing issues, potential bugs or more complex “how to” enquiries.
This technical support is available through email and a Freephone number (within the UK). The support team endeavour to respond to all queries in a timely fashion, but the exact times will obviously depend upon the complexity of the query. All support tickets are available for the customer to review on a support portal.
In cases where enquiries go beyond technical support and tend towards more intricate workflow advice, the support team will still be on hand to provide professional services on a paid for consultancy basis.
